The management of the company comprises the chairman of the board, the sales manager and the quality manager.<\/p>\n<p>Our objective is to reduce personnel turnover, and motivate our employees to work more effectively. We are convinced that good results can only be achieved with highly qualified personnel, and therefore we make significant contributions to educating our staff by developing a comprehensive training system.<\/p>\n<p>We conduct annual evaluations of the development of each employee, in the process identifying each person\u2019s training needs for the next period.
